Shipping policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs are subject to change without prior warning--this includes "free shipping" should a parcel exceed weight or dimensions limits. Return shipping charges are incurred by the client. 

Shipping estimates are just that, estimates. These are provided by the courier and we have no control over shipping speed.

We ship DDP to the U.S.A. so American clients should not have any surprise fees upon delivery.

For all other international orders we ship DDU. This means that all international orders may incur additional fees upon delivery contingent on your country’s de minimis and customs regulations.  

*Please note, during our Black Friday and Boxing Week discount periods free domestic shipping is suspended for sale product.

Lost or Damaged Items:

Providence is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once an item has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to deal with the shipping company for a resolution of any potential issues related to delivery. All items are purchased at the customer's risk.
