Please reach out to us by email at providenceptbo@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization and specific shipping instructions. For returns, once we receive the item or items we will issue you with a store credit equal to the value of your item/items. For exchanges, you will be issued an invoice for cost of shipping the new item. Once this invoice is paid your replacement item/items will be dispatched.
Return shipping charges are incurred by the client. Returns must be sent by domestic mail service (Canadian residents use Canada Post and US residents use US Post). International duties and taxes as well as other related fees will be deducted from any store credit.
No parcels returned without prior authorization will be accepted.
Providence will not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of parcels without proof of delivery to Providence.
Providence reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with policy.
